1. Acceptance

G. You affirm that you are over 18 years of age and competent to accept and understand the text of this agreement.
H. Chat Messenger reserves the right of admission to all users who use our service.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The design of the Chat Messenger applications, together with the created text, graphics, source code, and logos contained therein, are the property of Chat Messenger, subject to intellectual property rights, foreign laws and international conventions. You agree not to participate in the use, copying or distribution of any of the items listed in the previous paragraph, for any purpose.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

6. Compensation
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Chat Messenger, its parent company, officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including, but not limited to attorney fees) arising from:
(I) your use and access to the Chat Messenger service
(II) your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions of Service;
